These terms apply when you use Qabul (the “site”), run by the Qabul team in the United Arab Emirates. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Qabul estimates your chances from published admission data and what you enter. Universities make their own decisions, and their requirements, deadlines and scholarship lists can change at any time.

• Always confirm requirements and deadlines on the university's own website before you apply.
• Scholarship eligibility is decided by MOHESR and the scholarship provider, not by Qabul.
• Practice test scores and essay feedback are guides only, not official scores.

• Use the site for your own university planning, and only upload files you have the right to share.
• Don't try to break, overload or copy the site or its data in bulk.
• If you are under 18, use Qabul with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

What you enter stays yours. Without an account it's kept in your browser; with an account it's also stored in your account so you can use it on other devices. Keep your password safe: you're responsible for what happens in your account. When you ask Qabul to read a certificate or mark an essay, it is sent to an AI service to do that. Our privacy policy explains exactly what happens.

Some features use AI to read documents and give feedback. AI can make mistakes, so check its results. You can change any rating or detail it suggests.

University information comes from public sources such as MOHESR, the US College Scorecard and the Common App, and may be out of date. Links to other websites are for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.

Qabul is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made using the site, missed deadlines, or admission and scholarship outcomes.

We may update these terms as Qabul grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
